Refund Policy

Policy governing refunds on eCardemy Professional Development Courses Limited

We firmly believe in and stand behind our platform 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time, and we are open to fixing mistakes and failures,  that’s how we learn and grow. That being said if you are unhappy with your purchase whether it be a course, service or item, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 48hours of your original purchase. Why 48hours? Well since we are serviced based and time is valuable to us, we implore that you test your product upon receiving it, ensure that you can use it and it’s accessible. Anything past 48hrs we will assume that what was purchased is satisfactory to you. There however may be some cases where a refund will be given long after 48hrs especially if the error is on our part, but this will be done on a case by case basis.

To process your refund we have a few conditions:

  • We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases, we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
  • Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the first purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
  • Refund periods are based on the first purchase date. If you have purchased and requested a refund in the past, the 30 days are from the first purchase, not the repurchase date.
  • By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease using the product immediately.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if deemed necessary.
